WHAT TO EXPECT
Prior to a Home Inspection you will need to call Ground Truth Home Inspections to set up an appointment. Once an appointment is set you will be emailed a Pre-Inspection Agreement which outlines what you and Ground Truth Home Inspections has agreed to. You will receive and email with specific instructions on how to receive, review, and sign the Pre-Inspection Agreement.
DURING THE INSPECTION
Clients are expected to be present during the inspection. This is a great opportunity to get to know your home and ask your inspector questions.
Ground Truth Home Inspections has a Background Verified Inspector (BVI) who is extremely trustworthy and believes in Honesty & Integrity in dealing with our clients.
InterNACHI will pay up to $10,000 for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charges resulting from the member's taking of the client's personal property.
STANDARDS OF PRACTICE
Ground Truth Home Inspections follows InterNACHI's Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice for general home inspections.
A general home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by InterNACHI's Standards of Practice that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. The scope of work may be modified by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection process.

After we have completed your home inspection you will receive the following;
